Return & Exchange Policy

At Zeal Activewear, we want you to shop with confidence. Every piece is thoughtfully designed with quality, comfort, and performance in mind. Because many of our collections are produced in limited quantities, we’ve created the following policy to ensure fairness while minimizing waste.

Limited First Release

Our debut collection, The Knight Kit, is a limited-edition release. Due to the exclusive nature of this drop, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selections.

To ensure the best fit, we encourage all customers to review our Size Guide before placing an order.

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, we’re happy to help whenever inventory allows.

To qualify for a size exchange:

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • The requested size must be in stock.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Please note that because inventory is limited, we cannot guarantee that your requested size will be available.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is verified, we’ll replace the item or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn or washed merchandise

  • Items without original tags

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • An item cannot be replaced due to damage or manufacturing defects.

  • We shipped the incorrect product and a replacement is unavailable.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
